Report Abuse to Comcast
If you want to report a violation of the Comcast Acceptable Use Policy or the Comcast Agreement for Residential Services, or if you want to report that you are a victim of abuse involving the Comcast High-Speed Internet Service, send an e-mail to abuse@comcast.net. Be sure to include a complete description of the incident, its date and time, any relevant examples or log files, and any other information that may be useful to Comcast's investigation of the report. Also include your name and a telephone number where Comcast can reach you with any questions.
