To get Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, go to xfinity.com/xumo and select Add Xumo Stream Box or contact us.
Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity is the newest streaming device for new Xfinity Internet customers. With Xumo Stream Box, you can:
- Quickly and seamlessly connect to live streaming entertainment and your favorite apps, all in one place.
- Watch all your favorite Xfinity Stream channels, including NOW TV and 300+ free TV channels with the Xumo Play app — right on your Xumo Stream Box.
- Enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, thousands of free movies, shows, and more without switching apps or inputs.
- Enjoy one-stop search and control with the new XR100 Remote with voice capabilities.
If you’re a new Xfinity Internet customer, the first Xumo Stream Box (which is 4K ultra high definition, or UHD, enabled) is included with your Xfinity Internet service. Each additional Xumo Stream Box is just $5 per month. If you'd like to cancel your service for any reason, you’ll need to return your Xumo Stream Box.
You can cancel any time through your Xumo Stream Box, online account, by contacting us, or by visiting an Xfinity Retail Store to return your Xumo equipment. Canceling Xumo Stream Box will have no effect on your Xfinity Internet service.
Equipment requirements
To get Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, you'll need:
- Xfinity Internet or Internet Essentials.
- A TV with an available HDMI port.
Notes:
- Xumo Stream Box service comes with a $15 one-time Xumo Activation Fee (plus tax) for new customers.
- The activation fee will be included on your first Xfinity bill after signing up for Xumo Stream Box.
- Your first Xumo Stream Box is included for no additional monthly cost with your Xfinity Internet service.
- Each additional Xumo Stream Box is just $5 per month.
- You can have Xfinity Home, Xfinity Mobile, and/or Xfinity Voice services and still be eligible for Xumo Stream Box.
- Prepaid Internet and Bulk TV customers aren’t eligible at this time.

Installation
You can get Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity shipped directly to your home or you can pick up your equipment at a local Xfinity Retail Store. Your order includes a Xumo Stream Box, XR100 Remote with voice capability, power adapter, HDMI cable, and Getting Started kit.
