If our system detects an issue that cannot be fixed through a restart, refresh or other online troubleshooting steps, we’ll offer the option to schedule an appointment with one of our technicians. The system will scan for potential issues. If an issue is detected that requires assistance from a technician, you will be prompted to try additional troubleshooting and schedule a service appointment if the issue is not resolved.
