Page 1: Overview
1: Billing Date
- The billing date at the top of the bill refers to the date your bill was printed.
- You'll see any service changes or payments made after that date on your next statement.

2: Service From
- The service period (i.e., Service From), the dates you're being charged for, is listed to the right of your billing date.
3: Your bill at a glance
- Balance information:
- Balance forward: Displays if the account isn’t past due.
- Credit balance (not shown): Displays if the account has a credit balance.
- Past due balance (not shown): Displays if the account has an outstanding balance.
- Partial charges: Displays if you made a change to your Xfinity services in the middle of the service period. This can show as a charge or a credit depending on if you added or removed services.

- Regular monthly charges: Provides a total of recurring monthly charges for services including Xfinity TV, Internet, Voice, and/or Home.
- One-time charges: Includes charges that only appear on the billing statement one time, such as Xfinity On Demand rentals and purchases, and installation fees.
- Taxes, fees and other charges: Includes taxes, fees and surcharges. To learn more about these fees, review the Learn more about the taxes, fees, and other charges on your bill.
- New charges: Provides a total of charges during the listed service period, including monthly services, one-time charges and taxes, fees, and other charges.
- Amount due: Refers to the charges on your bill plus any unpaid balance on your account from the date the bill was issued

- Provides updates about what's different on this statement, compared to your previous statements, including increases to the bill because of changes to your Xfinity services.
- Includes details on when a promotion is ending, when applicable.
- Details some one-time charges, like installation fees.

1: Your regular monthly charges have changed
- This section includes billing impacts from last month, this month, and next month, when applicable.
- The partial charge will be orange and include a negative sign before it (-$29.91).
- In the This Month section, details about the change are provided, including the date of the change.
2: Partial charges
- Includes services added and/or removed.
- The partial charge start and end date. The end date will match the last date of the Service from date on page 1.
When a service is added or removed during the billing cycle, charges for this product may be listed twice on the next bill:
Partial charges: This accounts for charges associated with the previous billing cycle
Regular monthly charges: This accounts for charges associated with the current billing cycle
FAQs
How can I see my statement?
You can view your bill by signing in to your account. If you're enrolled in our paperless billing program, you'll receive a text alert or email when your monthly bill is available online. If you aren't enrolled in paperless billing, we'll mail you a paper statement each month.
Do I still make my check or money order out to Comcast?
Yes. If you pay by check or money order, they should be made payable to "Comcast." When you send your payment, enclose your check or money order with the bottom portion of the first page of your bill. Do not send cash.
