Before visiting us, please visit xfinity.com/stores to confirm store hours.
Please note that most, but not all, Xfinity Stores offer appointments. If a location offers appointments, there will be a link to Book Appointment below the store address.
Scheduling an appointment online
Go to our Xfinity Store Locator tool and follow the steps below to easily schedule your appointment online.
- Enter a location and click the magnifying glass or select the Use current location button to search for a store near you.
- The closest stores will appear for you to choose from. Select a store by clicking on the tile in the search results or the View Store Details link.
- Click the Book Appointment button.
- Read the prompt and click Continue if applicable.

Next, let us know whether or not you’re an Xfinity customer. If you’re a current customer, click I have Xfinity service. If you are not a current customer, click I do not have Xfinity service.
If you are an Xfinity Business-only customer, click I am an Xfinity Business customer.
- If you selected that you’re a current customer, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your account with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Let’s go once you’ve entered your Xfinity ID. Then, click Sign In once you’ve entered your Xfinity password.
- If you selected that you weren’t an Xfinity customer, you’ll be asked to provide the location you wish to have Xfinity service.
- Click Continue with appointment once you’ve entered your service address. If you don’t wish to continue with your appointment, click Cancel, return to store page.
- Click Let’s go once you’ve entered your Xfinity ID. Then, click Sign In once you’ve entered your Xfinity password.
- Select a reason for your visit from the list that appears. Then, click Next: Add a Note.
- Add a note about the reason for your visit. (This step is optional.) Once finished, click Next: Select date & time.
- Select a date and time for your visit. Then, click Next: Confirm contact details.
- Confirm your contact information (first and last name, email address and phone number) in the required fields. If you’d like to receive text message reminders for an upcoming appointment, you can check the box. Then click Book appointment.
- You'll see a confirmation screen with your scheduled appointment information. If you’re finished, click Done! Return to store page.

You'll also receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided on the contact information page. To reschedule or cancel the appointment, just click the link provided in the email.
On the day of your appointment, please check in online when you’ve arrived or parked at the store. To do so, click Check In from the confirmation email you received.
Note: If you opted in to receive SMS messages, you will also receive a link to check-in on your phone about 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please only check-in once you’ve arrived or parked at the store.
