Xfinity Voice Remotes
The XR15 Xfinity Voice Remote is a design upgrade from the original Voice Remote (XR11), but still performs the same functions. Only compatible with certain TV Boxes, this remote helps you find what you want faster through voice commands. You can change channels, search for shows, get recommendations, and more.
The XR11 Xfinity Voice Remote is a voice-activated remote that works with certain TV Boxes. You can find what you want faster by using voice commands to change channels, search for shows, get recommendations, and more. You can also use your voice to find favorite shows or movies quickly, and to search and control your DVR.
The Xfinity XR5 Remote works with all X1 TV Boxes. It’s almost the same as the XR2 (below), but can sense tilt, motion, inactivity, and shock vibration.
The Xfinity XR2v3 Remote works with all TV Boxes and Digital Transport Adapters (DTAs). It has a Search button, separate Play and Pause buttons, as well as Stop, Favorites, and Swap buttons.

XR100 remote
The Xfinity XR100 remote has numbered buttons for live TV search, a plus sign (+) button to easily add content to your Xumo Stream Box profile, a separated play and pause button, and works with Xumo Stream Boxes.
XR16 Voice Remote
The Xfinity XR16 Voice Remote has a simplified design without number buttons, features a home button and works with Xfinity Flex streaming TV Boxes.
Digital adapter remote
The Comcast Polaris digital adapter remote controls the TV’s adapter, power, and volume.
Legacy remotes
The Comcast Platinum remote can control up to three devices like a DVR box, sound system, DVD player, or TV.
The Comcast Silver with red OK/Select remote controls up to three devices like a DVR box, sound system, DVD player, or TV.
The Comcast Silver with gray OK/Select remote controls up to three devices like a DVR box, sound system, DVD player, or TV.
Large button remotes

The XRA Large Button Voice Remote has a removable wrist strap, high contrast buttons, a customizable shortcut (*) button, and more!
Note: It’s only compatible with Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Flex service.
The CheckMate II Universal remote is easy to program and use and can control two devices: a TV Box and a TV.
Xfinity web remote
The Xfinity web remote is a web-based remote and the only remote that allows someone with no audible voice to use the voice remote feature with X1 and Flex TV Boxes. It meets our customers where they need to be met and allows more independent control of their X1 or Flex device.
The Xfinity web remote works with any browser on a computer, tablet, or smart phone. This allows the user to simply type in voice commands after selecting the microphone icon on the screen.
The Xfinity web remote is also compatible with screen readers, eye tracking software, and sip and puff (SnP) devices. The Xfinity web remote will also work as an internet-connected remote for any customer that may want to use it.
