Can I opt out of these messages?
Yes. If you don't want to get these messages, reply STOP to the last message you received. You’ll be removed from all future proactive outage text messages.
How I can I start receiving messages again after opting out?
To opt back into receiving outage messages, send START to 266278. You’ll be re-enrolled in outage messages.
Why didn’t I receive a text message when I was recently impacted by an outage?
At this time, we're only sending proactive messages for certain types of events. We plan to expand this program to include more events.
