Add, edit and remove stored payment options online through your account or by using the Xfinity app.
If you’re an Xfinity Mobile customer, you won’t be able to remove the payment method being used for your Xfinity Mobile automatic payments. Learn how to update your Xfinity Mobile payment method.
Note: For your security, we remove any saved payment methods one year after their last use.
Manage your saved payment methods online
- Sign in to your account to view your Billing details.
- Under Bill Settings, select Payment Methods.
- Here, you can add, edit or remove payment methods.
- By selecting Add Payment Method, you’ll have the option to add a new bank account or new credit/debit card. Make your selection and click Continue.
- If you select New bank account or New credit/debit card, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding.
- When adding a new bank account, you’re asked to connect to your financial institution using Plaid. We use Plaid to protect your bank account and to make sure account use is verified and valid.
- Enter your name, payment information, and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions. Click Save.
- Note: You’ll also have the option to Turn on automatic payments using the newly added payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message.
Note: Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your chosen payment method.
Manage your saved payments with the Xfinity app
- Log in to the Xfinity app using your Xfinity ID.
- Don’t have the app yet? Download it for free from Google Play or the App Store, or text "APP" to 266278.
- Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Bill details under the account balance section.
- Tap Bill settings in the payment section.
- Select Payment methods.
- Here, you can Remove or Add a Payment Method by selecting the applicable option.
- By selecting Add Payment Method, you’ll have the option to add a new bank account or new credit/debit card. Make your selection and tap Continue.
- If you select New bank account or New credit/debit card, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding.
- Enter your name, payment information and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions. Tap Save.
- Note: You’ll also have the option to Turn on automatic payments using the newly added payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message.
