What international channels and packages are available to me, and how much do they cost?

Can I subscribe to these international packages if I only want Xfinity TV service?
Yes. You can subscribe to our international packages even if you only have Xfinity TV service — as long as you have Xfinity X1 with Limited Basic or above.
What kind of device do I need to watch my international channels, and do I need to be subscribed to Xfinity Internet to view them?
If you have one of our international packages, you can view them on X1 without Xfinity Internet. However, if you have Xfinity X1 but not Xfinity Internet, you won't be able to access any X1 internet apps (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Sling International). Xfinity Internet is also required to view international channels on compatible Roku players, Samsung Smart TVs, and other streaming devices with the Xfinity Stream app.
Can I record programming from my international channels on my DVR?
Most programming from international channels only record in the cloud, rather than the hard drive on your X1 DVR. You can watch cloud DVR recordings on your X1 DVR TV Box. If you have Xfinity X1 with DVR service, 150 hours of X1 Cloud DVR are included at no extra charge for each X1 DVR TV Box on your account.
Customers can record up to six programs at the same time.
If you exceed the 150-hour limit for cloud DVR recordings, your most recent recordings will replace older recordings unless the older recordings are marked as Save Until Space is Needed. You'll be unable to record some programming from international channels if you have used all of your cloud DVR storage.
Are the channels in the international packages the same channel numbers in all areas?
Yes, in most cases. Our international channels conform to our channel lineup (3101 - 3294). However, SD versions of channels auto-tune to the lowest available channel number, so you may see a variance if the channel is also available below 3101. (There are a few areas where this content may not be available.) Feel free to call us at 1-855-755-2212 to check availability in your area.
Are any of the international channels available in HD?
Yes. The international channels Record TV, SET/SET:Hindi, TV5MONDE, TV Asia, TV Globo, Willow, and Zee TV/Zee: Hindi are currently available in HD. For the latest information on our international channels, see xfinity.com/international.
If I subscribe to an international package, will I be able to view these channels with the Xfinity Stream app and/or on a third-party device?
Yes. If you subscribe to an international channel, its content can be viewed on the Xfinity Stream app or online portal, or on an eligible third-party device when you are in your home. Some international channels are available out-of-home. Note that Xfinity Internet is required to view international channels on compatible Roku players, Samsung Smart TVs, and other streaming devices with the Xfinity Stream app.
I used to have a specific international package, but now it's not available. Why?

If I sign up for an international package, how will I be billed?
You will be billed the same way you are billed for any other Xfinity service.
