FAQs
What is a channel lineup?
A channel lineup is a hard copy of the Xfinity channel lineup for your service area. These documents contain all channels available in your area, not just the ones included in your service package, and are displayed in three columns: Channel Number, Network and Call Letters. Channels are listed sequentially.
How is a braille channel lineup different than a standard channel lineup?
A braille TV channel lineup is embossed in braille, a tactile writing system in which characters are represented by a configuration of dots. Braille documents are typically embossed on a thick paper stock so that the characters can be felt as the reader moves their fingers along the lines of braille text.
How is a large print channel lineup different than a standard channel lineup?
A large print TV channel lineup is printed in 18-point font to enable readability for our customers who have low vision or a visual disability.
How do I request a braille or large print channel lineup?
To request a Braille or large print TV channel lineup, contact Comcast's Accessibility Support Center for Customers with Disabilities.
Once your channel lineup has been formatted and printed, it'll be shipped directly to the address listed on your account (or alternate address, if you provided one when making the request). Please allow 10 business days for formatting, printing and delivery to be completed.
