9-1-1 Debuts at Top Spot

Someone call 9-1-1 stat! FOX and Ryan Murphy have another hit on their hands. The high-flying new procedural 9-1-1, starring Connie Britton, Peter Krause and Angela Bassett as first responders who deal with emergencies, debuted to strong ratings (6.8 million viewers, tops on Wednesday night). It also debuted at the #1 spot on the XFINITY Weekly Top 20 Episodes list, beating out long running fan favorite The Bachelor, which started its season at the #2 slot.
