“Survivor: David vs. Goliath” Power Rankings Round 11: Stay on Target Edition

“Survivor: David vs. Goliath” (CBS)

QUICK NOTE: XFINITY.com is the place to be for all of your bug-eatin’, back-stabbin’, “Survivor” coverage. During the season we’ll have insightful weekly Power Rankings with Bradley Kleihege, exit interviews, and full episode recaps. Follow me on Twitter (@gordonholmes) for up-to-the-minute updates.

The Rules: Each week our two combatants will create separate power rankings. The ranking of the person who is voted out of the next episode will determine the number of points the players will earn. For example, if Angelina is voted out this episode, Bradley will receive eight points and Gordon will receive three points. At the end of the season, the person with the most points will be named the “Survivor: David vs. Goliath” Power Rankings Challenge Champion.

Last Week: Bradley Kleihege had Gabby in spot six, Gordon Holmes had her in spot seven. So, the current score is Team Bradley 102, Team Gordon 119.

Quick Note: Rankings are not based on who the player thinks is most likely to win. The smart strategy is to rank players based on how safe you think they are in the upcoming vote.

Bradley’s Score: 102

1. Nick: He’s playing a great game, has a great sob-story background, and doesn’t seem to be angering anyone. We might just have a lawyer win it all this season. 1. Kara: A popular player who hasn’t done much can beat a hated juggernaut. But nobody is really hated this season.
2. Kara: Is this what a Goliath’s winners edit looks like on a season where we are supposed to be rooting for a David looks like? 2. Mike: I think Mike’s a pretty good choice to take to the end. His Jiminy Cricket act isn’t going to win many jury votes.
3. Davie: The underdog to win it all. 3. Angelina: Did you hear Angelina sat out immunity to earn rice for her tribe?
4. Mike: Mike is suspiciously not a target of anyone, which either means he’s a genius or a non-entity to win. 4. Nick: WE know Nick has been instrumental in a lot of the things going on, but does the jury know? He might need to do something to stand out.
5. Alison: With Gabby gone, who are Alison’s main allies? 5. Christian: I’m not Mr. Read the Edit, but I’ve got to think Christian is going to publicly find an idol or win immunity. I can’t think of a single other reason why they’re targeting other people in the preview.
6. Angelina: She’s a compelling character but I don’t see how she wins with against almost any remaining player since they’re all more likeable than her and playing hard too. 6. Alison: Alison is still viewed as a major threat, despite never really being in the driver’s seat. If the Davids/Angelina can pull it together for one more vote, she’s a goner.

7. Christian: How long can he go as target #1 before his luck runs out? 7. Davie: Davie managed to keep his shield around by slipping Christian some information. But, that shield won’t work if Christian wins immunity.
