‘American Horror Story: Cult’ Scares Up Impressive Debut

‘American Horror Story: Cult’ (FX)

The latest season of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story anthology series is back with a bang. American Horror Story: Cult opens on Election Night 2016 in a small town in Michigan and follows a couple (played by Sarah Paulson and Alison Pill) as they raise their son and murders start to happen in their neighborhood. The premiere episode debuts all the way at the #1 spot on the XFINITY Weekly Top 20 On Demand Episodes list. Catch up on the current season right here.

Hot Series: FOX’s new series The Orville, from Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, is off to a hot start in the ratings as one of the first new series to launch this Fall. The first episode in fact, was the biggest drama premiere on a broadcast network since NBC’s breakout This Is Us last season. The Orville pulled in 11.3 million total viewers in L+3 ratings.
