‘Big Little Lies’ Wraps Up With a Flourish

‘Big Little Lies’ (HBO)

Although just a 7-episode limited series, HBO’s Big Little Lies sure left its mark. The season finale tops our XFINITY Weekly Top 20 On Demand list, up a notch from #2 last week. Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern and company will most likely book a night with the Emmys later this year, as this masterpiece generated both critical and popular acclaim. The series grew throughout its 7-episode run, and the last two episodes were the highest rated of the series. Although a follow-up appears unlikely at this point (unless author Lianne Moriarty pens a sequel), we can’t help but wish and hope we’ll get to see some more of these unforgettable characters at some point in the future. Watch the entire series right here.
