Lily Tomlin, who is no stranger to feminist and gay-friendly films, is about to be awarded with the 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award. It’s decidedly apropos that Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton will be presenting Tomlin with the award, as they were her co-stars and partners in crime in the 1980 feminist comedy and cult classic “9 to 5.”

Tomlin is also nominated for a 2017 SAG Award in the Actress in a Comedy Series category for her role as Frankie in the Netflix series Grace & Frankie. Fun fact time: Tomlin is only the second actor to be honored with the SAG Life Achievement Award while also in the running as a nominee. The first was James Garner back in 2005.
