The Bollywood superstar, who was recently cast in her first Hollywood film (“XXX: The Return of Xander Cage,” co-starring Vin Diesel, Samuel L. Jackson and Jet Li), was a big winner at this year’s Star Screen Awards, which will be broadcast on Star India Plus this Sunday, January 24, at 8 pm ET.

The awards were held in India on January 8. Deepika Padukone won Best Actress for her role in “Piku,” Best Supporting Actress for “Bajirao Mastani,” as well as Best Actress (Popular Choice) for both “Piku” and “Tamasha.”

The Bollywood beauty has been acting for 10 years, ever since the 2006 film “Aishwarya.” Let’s take a look back at some of her films available for viewing with XFINITY On Demand!

Om Shanti Om:” This was the role that catapulted her to fame. It was one of her first starring roles, yet she convincingly played two roles in this epic comedy-drama—one of a Bollywood superstar in the 1970s, and later a young aspiring actress from the 2000s. And she was magnetic from her very first moment onscreen.

Love Aaj Kal:” This romantic comedy flips the script, having the charismatic couple break up at the very beginning of the film. It’s such a cool breakup that they are convinced they can remain friends, but their love is stronger than even they realize.

Cocktail:” This role was a bit of a departure for Padukone, as she plays the emotionally unstable party girl in a dysfunctional friendship-turned-love triangle.

Karthik Calling Karthik:” She teams up with Farhan Akhtar in this creepy psychological thriller.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani:” This film was a blockbuster hit, and it proved that even if she and her star ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor had called it quits in real life, they oozed romance onscreen.

Desi Boyz:” Padukone plays a supporting role in this silly comedy, starring Akshay Kumar and John Abraham as guys who turn to stripping when the recession hits and they need jobs.

Housefull:” In this ensemble film about a man unlucky in love, Padukone makes an impression after she saves him from drowning.

Ram-leela:” Two young lovers from dueling families fall in love in this epic period romance by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
