I hate to repeat what I said yesterday, but I’m really hoping everyone saw “Dancing with the Stars!” All of my favorites did pretty great but the highlight of my night came from an audience member. I’m not shy to admit I’m on the border of crossing into my late 30’s so when the camera focused on Ricky Schroeder after Alfonso Ribeiro‘s performance I flailed. Growing up I was a huge fan of the show “Silver Spoons” and seeing Ricky in the audience cheering for his longtime friend made my night.
Tonight at 8pm, ABC will host the first elimination show of the season, so I hope everyone got their votes in. This will probably be my favorite season ever, so make sure you’re watching!
At 9pm on Fox, “New Girl” is back…hooray! In the Season 4 premiere, Jess (Zooey Deschanel) attends a wedding with the guys and makes a pact for each of them to hook up with someone by the end of the night. As the evening progresses, Jess competes with another woman for the best man’s attention; Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Nick ( Jake Johnson) entertain an unusual proposal; Winston (Lamorne Morris) recuperates from police academy; and Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.) realizes that every woman at the reception is already familiar to him.
OMG OMG OMG. I can’t think of any other way to intro the return of “The Mindy Project” on FOX at 930pm. Mindy (Mindy Kaling) and Danny (Chris Messina) try to find a balance between work and romance in the Season 3 premiere. Meanwhile, Morgan’s (Ike Barinholtz) cousin Lou visits the office; and Jeremy (Ed Weeks) organizes a charity event with Peter’s (Adam Pally) girlfriend.
