Welcome to hour 1,384 (estimate) of the Olympics! I’m so burned out, I don’t think I could watch one more event. If you’re like me, this is a perfect time to catch up on some shows currently on break or watch new episodes of hot shows like, “Pretty Little Liars.” For those of you that can’t get enough, NBC will have almost non-stop coverage throughout the night.

Have you been watching PLL?! Tonight, Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario) numerous sleepless nights with the help of prescription pills start to take a toll on her as her hunt for Ali (Sasha Pieterse) and much needed answers continues. As she pours over newly acquired information, her world view takes a black and white turn. Now teleported into the world of 1940’s Film Noir, Spencer tries to come up with the answers she and her friends have been desperately looking for. But in this world of fedora hats, switchboards and 15 cent coffee, can Spencer finally put all of the pieces together that lay in front of her?

I will admit I’m a few episodes behind but I love these special themed episodes!

Fox has back-to-back comedy hits airing in the 9pm hour. On an all-new episodes of “New Girl,” chaos reigns at the loft when Jess’ (Zooey Deschanel) unpredictable sister (Linda Cardinelli) visits. Meanwhile, Schmidt (Max Greenfield) plans to crash a bar mitzvah and persuades Nick (Jake Johnson) to accompany him.

Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) enthusiastically pursues a new romance on “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” at 930pm. What will he say when Jake (Andy Samberg) steps in to keep him from moving too quickly. Elsewhere, Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) and Amy (Melissa Fumero) have fun at the expense of a costumed crime fighter.

As you start winding down for the night, watch last night’s episode of “The Fosters” in case you missed it. This is one of the shows you should catch up with if you haven’t been watching. I don’t want to give away all the details, but Callie (Maia Mitchell) takes us back in time with memories of her childhood alongside her adorable little brother Jude (Hayden Byerly). Speaking of Jude, the one thing I will give away is how much I loved the moment he called Lena (Sherri Saum) mom. Otherwise, it’s a pretty somber episode being that most of it takes place during a funeral. Lot’s of goodbyes to be said— one might even surprise you.
