Whatever it is Honey Boo Boois doing to reel in audiences, it is paying off… literally.

TLC has given the child reality star and her family a monster raise for “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” even though the family didn’t ask for it according to a report on TMZ.

June Shannon, her daughter and the rest of the family were originally pulling in between $5,000 and $7,000 for every episode during the first season of the series. Now, with ratings continuing to swell on TLC, the channel has tripled their pay, with TMZ sources putting the dollar figure between $15,000 and $20,000 per episode.

In addition, the site reports that TLC also offered to pick up certain expenses, such as a bodyguard/driver for Sugar Bear, who was incapacitated after his ATV accident. The network even offered to help the clan find a new home, although June turned that down to stay rooted in her community.
