LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) – Comedy Central released its fall schedule Wednesday, including the season premiere dates for “South Park” and “Tosh.0,” as well as Daniel Tosh’s new animated show, “Brickleberry.”
Also included were the premieres of five new stand-up specials and election-night coverage on November 6, by Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert.
The network kicks off its fall schedule with the season premiere of “Tosh.0” on September 25 at 10 p.m.; the series premiere of “Brickleberry” will follow at 10:30 p.m.
“South Park” starts its new season on September 26 at 10. p.m., with the second season of the sketch comedy show “Key & Peele” premiering at 10:30.
In the stand-up comedy arena, “Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution” starts its second season October 4 at 10 p.m., while the new series “Mash Up,” hosted by T.J. Miller, debuts October 9 at 12:30 a.m. Comedy Central will also introduce a quintet of new stand-up specials from Demetri Martin (September 29), Jeff Dunham (October 7), D.L. Hughley (October 27), Chris Hardwick (November) and Russell Peters (TBA).
The network’s fourth biennial special “Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs” will tape in New York on October 13, and premiere on Comedy Central on October 21.
