The Thursday Buzz: The Situation on ‘Suburgatory’ and More

It was only a fleeting appearance, but unlike when Conan O’Brien showed up on “HIMYM,” you didn’t need to freeze-frame to see Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of “Jersey Shore” on last night’s funny episode of “Suburgatory”.

He was a DJ at a school dance where Dalia (Carly Chaikin) tries to get back at Tessa (Jane Levy) by hijacking Tessa’s skittish friend Lisa (Allie Grant). What was Tessa’s offense? Dating a guy she was after. Yes, we know it sounds petty, but that’s life in Chatswin, right? Anyway, the only thing we really know about this DJ is that he used to date Dalia, but then again, so did pretty much everyone in Chatswin between the ages of 17-25.

The Sitch wasn’t the only guest star on the episode. Wilmer Valderrama also showed up as a the young, mystical new boyfriend of the freshly-divorced Dallas (Cheryl Hines). We only saw him a few times, but his broken English and his draw over the women of Chatswin had both George (Jeremy Sisto) and Noah (Alan Tudyk) having fits.
