By default, all Xfinity Mobile bills are set on automatic payment. This means we will automatically charge your card every month for the full amount owed on your bill. Your automatic payment date is always 20 days after your billing cycle closes.
You can make a one-time payment before your automatic payment date. Sign in to the Xfinity app or your Xfinity Mobile account online. After your billing cycle closes but before your automatic payment date arrives, select Make a Payment in the Billing section of your Xfinity Mobile account. You can either pay with the card you have on file or use a different card.
You can also skip signing in or pay on behalf of someone else with Quick Bill Pay.

FAQs
What if the Xfinity Mobile phone number I entered doesn’t match any accounts?
Try entering the number again. If you exceed the number of attempts to look up an account, you'll need to wait and try again in 24 hours. You can also chat with an Xfinity Mobile specialist for assistance.
What if I try to make a payment on an account that has no balance due?
If you try to make a payment on an account with no balance due, you’ll get a message that says there’s no need to make a payment at this time.
What if my payment doesn’t go through?
If you get an error message saying that your payment didn’t go through, you may need to sign in to your account to make the payment.
Missed or late payments
If your payment information stays up to date, you won't have to worry about missed or late payments.
If you do miss a payment, you’ll need to pay off your past-due balance to avoid an interruption in service. You also may be charged a late fee on your next billing statement.
Paying off a past-due balance doesn’t have to be overwhelming — we offer repayment plans to our eligible customers. We also offer automatic payment deferrals.
If you're eligible, this flexibility allows you to:
- Manage payments more easily.
- Keep Xfinity Mobile service active.
To get started with requesting a repayment plan or deferring your next automatic payment for one month, chat with us.
Late fees
When a Late Fee is applied, it appears under One Time Charges on the Xfinity Mobile billing statement.
Xfinity Mobile customers who request a repayment plan for a past-due balance will only be charged one late fee per past-due invoice if they successfully pay their monthly installments.
