Whether you have an existing smartwatch or just purchased a new one, you'll need an available line to activate it on your Xfinity Mobile account.
It may take up to 30 minutes to complete the setup process. This involves Bluetooth pairing, app downloads, and cellular setup. The exact time depends on the apps you choose to download and your device's operating system.
Starting October 2024, smartwatches purchased or transferred from another carrier to Xfinity Mobile are eligible for Xfinity Mobile Care (XMC). You can set up XMC for your smartwatch within 30 days of activation or during an open enrollment period. For more details, see more about XMC.
